Medical Preparation for Top 10 medical entrance exams 2013

Medical Preparation
Medical entrance exams are comparatively tougher than engineering entrance examinations and the main reason for this ultra tough competition is the number of seats available in medical colleges. Every year 4 lakh students appear for medical entrance exams and not more than 1000 students get selected. Medical entrance examinations demand real good preparation. Students preparing for medical entrance exams can follow the below tips to make the journey smoother:
1) Quality Time for preparation: Students should decide their career path in 10+2 and plan accordingly. If you keep legs on both the boats (engineering and Medical) you may land nowhere.
2) Good study strategy: Follow a good study strategy where all the concepts are covered well before the time allotted.
3) Mock tests: Take up mock tests after every chapter and this is very useful in self assessment.
4) Solve Old question papers: This helps in understanding the examination pattern and also guides you in the right direction.
5) Time management: This is one important aspect under Medical Preparation. Good time management is very essential and this comes only with practice.
